FAST, FIELD-TESTED DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or product launches, please allow up to 7 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post, Sendle, and trusted courier partners.

Didn’t receive one within 3 business days?

DELIVERY AREAS

  • Australia only (no international shipping yet).

  • Some remote or PO Box addresses may require alternate delivery methods.

  • All lithium or restricted goods ship under carrier regulations.


LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and contents.

  2. Email sales@dieselndustoffroad.com with your order number and photos.
    We’ll investigate and replace or refund as needed.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
We can’t cover delays or losses due to incorrect details entered at checkout.


PRE-ORDERS & BACK-ORDERS

Some high-demand gear may be available on pre-order.
Estimated dispatch dates are shown on each product page.
Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together unless requested otherwise.
